Become familiar with the new features |
Lots of new features are at your disposal, but how do you get started?
A good place to start is by reading the document New features and improvements in TimeLog Project 5.0. If you wish to dig deeper into payment plans you can read a whitepaper which explains the concept and provides examples.
Also, we offer an Upgrade workshop where new features in TimeLog Project are explained and teaches you how to implement them in your business processes. Contact Simon Ravn Joensen at srj@timelog.dk or +45 70 200 645.

TimeLog Salary replaces TimeLog Flex |
Improved salary module with greater depth
TimeLog Flex is a module for controlling overtime, lieu days and flex which has been lacking the necessary depth. This is the reason why it is being replaced by a newly developed salary module called TimeLog Salary.
With the new module it is now possible to set up an unlimited number of absence and working hour codes for handling overtime of e.g. 150% or 200%, compensated absence and disbursed working hours. Choose whether the salary codes should be compensated in flex, salary or not at all, and which calculation factor that should be used for compensation.

Integration with Salesforce |
TimeLog Connect is a new series of integration solutions. The first in row is TimeLog Connect for SalesForce which is a full automatic synchronisation of customers and contact persons between TimeLog Project and SalesForce, world leader in SaaS-based CRM. It is also possible to transfer project and invoicing data from TimeLog Project to SalesForce.
TimeLog Connect for SalesForce is right now being tested in a beta-version and will be ready for release by August 1st, 2009. Based on feedback from our integration survey, the next product in the series will be TimeLog Connect for e-conomic. e-conomic
is a Danish online accounting system for small and medium sized companies.

The future brings more integration |
From the customer satisfaction and integration surveys we know that many of our customers call for integrating TimeLog Project with their other systems.
Consequently, we have begun developing a new API that will be the foundation for new integration solutions. At first we will focus on the time tracking part, which in turn will allow us to get started on a new version of TimeLog Tracker.

Earlier this year, we conducted a customer satisfaction survey with our 150 domestic and 150 international customers. The response rate was at an impressive 40% and we are overwhelmed by the feedback. Generally, our customers are very satisfied with our products and service level; and we are proud and pleased to hear that. Thankfully, not all feedback was a pad on the back.
